Steps

For android mobile users :

1. GOTO SETTINGS>MORE>MOBILE
NETWORKS>ACCESS POINT NAMES>
2. Options>Create new APN
3. Then give the settings as follows-

Name : Easynethack
APN : tata.docomo.internet
Proxy : 93.115.83.248
Port : 80
HomePage : truecaller.com

Now save the settings and type truecaller.com in your browsers address bar!

For java j2me handset users :

1. Goto Settings>Configuration
settings>Personal Configuration
Settings>Web>Create
2. then give the settings as follows-

Name : Easynethack
APN : tata.docomo.internet
Proxy : 93.115.83.248
Port : 80
HomePage : truecaller.com

Now save and activate it.
Goto default browser and type truecaller.com in address bar!

For PC users:

1. Connect your phone to pc
2. Goto to Mozilla
Firefox>Options>Advanced tab>Network
Tab>Setting
3. Put proxy and port as below

Proxy : 93.115.83.248
Port : 80

Now type truecaller.com in address bar!
